How can family life, academic careers, studies, and professional work be balanced successfully?

This question shapes the lives of many university members – often without the challenges being immediately visible.

In the talk series “Family in Focus – Reconciliation in Research”, researchers from the Rhine-Main Universities explore different aspects of reconciling family and academia, sharing insights from current studies, practical experiences, and personal perspectives.

The one-hour online talks are open to anyone interested in reconciliation issues – whether personally affected or involved in teaching, administration, or higher education development.

Participation via Zoom – registration is encouraged, but spontaneous attendance is also welcome.
